Maison Boutique is in a good location close to Redentore Vaporettto stop which offers relatively quick access to the Zatterre, San Marco and Sands Giorgio. Breakfast is good and the rooms are simply styled, yet comfortable and air conditioned. The staff have been truly amazing during our stay and I would like to particularly thank Maria for all her help. My wife and I stayed at Maison Boutique as part of a two week holiday in Northern Italy. On day 1 in Venice, my wife fell and fractured her knee. She was subsequently bound to a knee brace, limited weight bearing, crutches and slow mobility (not at all ideal for Venice). Honestly, we were almost going to cancel our holiday. Maria was a superstar. She immediately arranged for us to switch to an accessible room and personally assisted with any request we had including sourcing a pharmacy for us to buy crutches and rent a wheelchair from. Whilst sat in the hospital, we were contemplating cancelling our honeymoon however Maria made us realise we could still make our plans work and was even kind enough to phone up our other hotel reservations to check their accessibility options for my wife. She has been amazing though-out our stay and we would give her customer service 10 stars if we could! We will be back in Venice again in the future and will definitely be staying at Maison Boutique. To anyone reading this, we highly recommend this hotel and its fabulous staff!
